DESCRIPTION:This is the first workshop on the recording and analysis of da
 ta after an event in the LHC\, such as a magnet quench or a beam dump - Po
 st Mortem. Data will come from transient recorders\, from the logging syst
 ems\, from alarms and probably other sources. \nThe main aims of the works
 hop are : \n- to verify readiness of hardware and software systems for imm
 inent powering of the cold circuits \n- to develop the roadmap for beam op
 eration in 2007 and beyond.\nMany groups have started to prepare their sys
 tems for the different phases of commissioning and operation. The workshop
  will review their activities\, identify open issues and help to define th
