DESCRIPTION:An EGEE All Activity meeting to record on the current status o
 f EGI transition planning across the project and to identify the work that
  needs to take place between now and the summer. Out of the meeting we exp
 ect:\n\n* Prioritized list of the issues that need to be addressed from th
 e issues raised by EGEE to EGI in DNA1.4\n* Identification of tasks across
  all activities that are currently undertaken by EGEE that are to be under
 taken by the NGIs/EGIs/SSIs/other across all activities \n* Examining the 
 changes that can be made internally to smooth transition to the EGI model 
 at the end of the project\n\nNote: Speakers with a 30 minute slot are expe
 cted to present for 20 minutes and allow 10 minutes for questions. Speaker
 s with a 20 minute slot are expected to speak for 15 minutes allowing 5 mi

DESCRIPTION:The EGEE AA meeting will start on Tuesday 2 Feb at 9h and last
  until Tuesday afternoon at 16h. Travel on Monday evening is recommended. 
 A dinner might be organised for those who are intrested on Monday evening.
  The EGEE PMB is planned for Tuesday 2 Feb at 16.30-18.30. A conference ca
 ll will be organised for those who cannot attend the PMB in person. \nSA1 
 will hold a F2F meeting Monday 1 Feb. You can register to the SA1 meeting 
 using the AA meeting registration form. More information on the SA1 F2F me
 eting can be found "here" \nThe objectives of the All-activity meeting are
  to further develop the planning for the transition from EGEE to EGI takin
 g into account the EC project proposals  submitted in November 2009. \nThi
 s will also be the occasion to check the status of the implementation of t
 he recommendations from the EGEE-III project review of June 2009.\n\nA gro
 up dinner has been organised on MONDAY evening at 19h at restaurant "Brass
