Welcome to the OAI5 conference registration form!
The conference fee, which should be paid in advance, is 260 CHF for the complete conference
(lunches
included), but you can register for only one part if you can't attend the whole workshop.
Please indicate whether you wish to attend a tutorial. When places are filled, this option will
be removed. We will keep a small waiting list in case of cancellations.
You should also choose the breakout group you would like to join.
Please indicate whether you wish to attend the social events. Note that some social events
have an additional cost whereas others are included in the conference fee. This should be
clear on
the registration form.
The total price you will need to pay will be calculated for you automatically on completion of the
registration form. Please provide us with the payment as soon as possible. If payment is not
received by 31st March 2007, the registration will be cancelled.
You will receive a copy of your registration by email on successful completion of the form, a
second
mail will be sent to you with the total amount to be paid and the payment details.
For information, email addresses will be used for communication about this and future events
only and will not be made public. However, a list of registrants including email addresses will
be
distributed to participants at the start of the workshop.
Your name, institution and country will be used on your participant badge.
Travel and accommodation grants
OSI (Open Society Institute) has generously offered to sponsor a number of participants from
developing and transition countries for attendance at the OAI 5 Workshop.
