DESCRIPTION:We will hold a workshop at CERN on 27-28 September on the use 
 of existing facilities for accelerator neutrino physics in Europe with emp
 hasis on CERN. (formally this is the NEU2012 workpackage 3.2 of EUCARD) Th
 e meeting will take place in the BE auditorium 6-2-024 at CERN.   It will 
 include sessions on -- CNGS beam possibilities after approved program -- l
 ow energy neutrino beam at the PS -- test beam for detector R&D -- other R
 &D opportunities at CERN towards future neutrino facilities  The emphasis 
 will be on concrete projects. Suggestions on agenda and contributions are 
 now invited.  Remote connection is always possible but often not too satis
