DESCRIPTION:\n	Mini-workshop on “Improving the accuracy of the BCT measu

 adequate for machine operation\, is limiting the accuracy to which the exp
 eriments can calculate the absolute luminosity and hence the accuracy of t
 heir measurements.\n	This mini-workshop will be combined with the “LHC L
