DESCRIPTION:We study the infrared properties of SU(3) gauge theory coupled
  to 12\nmassless Dirac fermions in the fundamental representation.\nThere 
 are some controversial works for the infrared behavior in this theory.\nWe
  measure the renormalized running coupling constant in the Twisted\nPolyak
 ov loop scheme on the lattice. From the step-scaling analysis\,\nwe find t
 hat the infrared behavior of the theory is governed by a\nnon-trivial fixe
 d point.\nAnd we derive some critical exponents around the nontrivial fixe
