DESCRIPTION:\n	 \n\n(A workshop organized jointly by the Wayne State Hea
 vy Ion Group and the JET Collaboration ) \nThe goal of this 3-½ day s
 atellite meeting is to review the most important new experimental measurem
 ents and theoretical breakthroughs presented at Quark Matter 2012\, and to
  critically address the question whether a consistent picture of jet quenc
 hing has emerged. The workshop is intended to be slow paced\, allowing suf
 ficient time for discussions\, as well as time to follow up on more techni
 cal aspects of the data analysis and theoretical calculations. The worksho
 p will end with an extended discussion on what the latest results require 
 in terms of interpretation and what new measurements might be necessary an
 d to what precision\, to advance our understanding of the underlying pictu
