DESCRIPTION:\nThe Fifth Workshop on Particle Correlations and Femtoscopy (
 WPCF2009) continues the tradition of bringing together experts in the expe
 rimental and theoretical physics of measuring source shapes and sizes in h
 igh energy collisions through particle momentum correlations.\n\nThe works
 hop will cover the problems of the evolution of quark/hadronic matter form
 ed in high energy collisions and of the methods to extract the information
  on this evolution by the analysis of the data on final state particles.\n
 \nThe conference is to be held on the CERN site in Meyrin\, and the partic
