DESCRIPTION:'To accelerate as no man has before'\nThe CLIC-study is aiming
for an accelerating gradient of 150 MV/m at a pulse length of 130 ns usin
g 30 GHz traveling-wave accelerating structures. This year a series of con
ceptually new structures have been designed taking into account the lesson
s learned in the past and tested with high power in CTF II. Features are a
new RF design and new materials like Tungsten and Molybdenum with the pot
ential to withstand breakdowns.\nAll new structures exceeded substantially
previous achieved accelerating gradients for CLIC prototype structures. A
  tungsten-iris structure reached a peak-accelerating gradient of 150 MV/m
at a pulse length of 16 ns\, which is likely a new record in conventional
RF based accelerating structures. Concepts and results of these structures
will be presented concluding this year's final run auf CTF II.Organiser(s
