DESCRIPTION:This workshop is sponsored by EuCARD programme in collaboratio
 n with INFN\, US LARP and Russian laboratories (IHEP\, JINR and PNPI).\nTh
 e goals of the workshop are to discuss if a new crystal collimation proced
 ure assisted by bent crystals and suited for collimation during the ultima
 te high-luminosity phase of the machine and for new large colliders are po
 ssible. The use of Crystals in experiments for the study of diffractive ph
 ysics will be the second goal of the Workshop. New experimental data on th
 e effect of volume reflection and use of crystals in Fermilab Tevatron wil
 l be presented.\nA large fraction of the meeting will be devoted to the ne
