 D grant request is going out to CFI (Canada Foundation for \nInnovation\, 
 due Oct. 15) and we will shortly be submitting to DARPA as well.  The \nin
 tention is to design and construct a ground test platform for the optics o
 ver the \nnext 2-3 years.  Note that the DARPA grant will require a PI at 
 a U.S. institution.  \nWe should discuss the terms of the requests.\n\nhtt
