DESCRIPTION:The research activities of CHIPP are best described by the thr
 ee pillars "High Energy Frontier"\, "Neutrino Physics" and "Astro-Particle
  Physics and Cosmology".  The previous two schools focused was on High Ene
 rgy and then Neutrino physics.  Therefore\, this third school will focus o
 n Astro-Particle Physics and Cosmology. These focus lectures are complemen
 ted by shorter lecture series on LHC and Neutrio physics. All lectures are
