DESCRIPTION:\n	Heavy Ion Collisions in the LHC Era will focus on the physi
 cs of proton-nucleus and nucleus-nucleus collisions at RHIC and LHC energi
 es. Results accumulated by the RHIC/LHC experiments and recent theoretical
  developments will be presented on the following topics:\n\n		A: Global an
 d Collective Dynamics\n	\n		B: Jet quenching\n	\n		C: Heavy Flavor and Qua
 rkonia Production\n	\n		D: Electroweak Probes\n	\n		E: QCD at High Tempera
 ture and Density & Phase Diagram\n	\n		F: Pre-equilibrium and Initial Stat
 e Physics\n\n	We will aim to achieve a balance between review talks given 
 by recognised specialists\, and shorter contributions\, special emphasis b
 eing placed on active participation by younger researchers and post-docs. 
 Parallel sessions are foreseen\, and are being organised as the need arise
 s.\n\n	This will be part of a series of international meetings held regula
 rly in Vietnam\, created by Jean Tran Thân Van in 1993. Their purpose is 
 to stimulate the development of advanced research in Vietnam and more gene
 rally in South East Asia\, and to establish collaborative research network
 s with Western scientific communities. All sessions take place in the Seag
 ull Hotel\, where participants are also lodged. Meals are served in the ho
 tel to all participants.\n	 \n\n	Financial support\n\n	The conference is
