DESCRIPTION:The LHC physics programme is putting out results at an enormou
s rate. \nSince the LHC is a hadron collider\, all the interesting high-p
T new reactions are driven by QCD hard scattering. To claim for new-physic
s signals\, a good control over known Standard Model (SM) processes is thu
s necessary. The series of Workshops "High Precision for Hard Processes" (
HP2) was started to discuss advances in the field of QCD and EW radiative
corrections to both SM and BSM processes at hadron colliders. The first wo
rkshop of the series was held in Zurich in 2006\, and it was followed by a
second workshop in Buenos Aires in 2008. The third workshop took place in
Florence in 2010. \nAt the fourth HP2 workshop in Munich we plan to discu
ss:\n\n* Phenomenological results on hard-scattering cross sections at hig
h perturbative orders\n* Automated methods to compute multi-leg amplitude
s at tree and loop level\n* Matching Monte Carlo event generators with fix
ed order calculations\n* Status reports and implications of current LHC an
d Tevatron results\n* Radiative corrections in Beyond the Standard Model p
 hysics phenomenology\n\nhttp://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=
