DESCRIPTION:I will introduce a new procedure for computing a class of one-
 loop modular integrals of interest in (lower-dimensional) string theory.\n
 It has the special property of keeping T-duality manifest throughout and a
 llows one to neatly extract the singularity structure of the integrals at 
 points of gauge symmetry enhancement.\nThe new method is based on the Rank
 in-Selberg transform and on a suitable Poincaré-series representation of
