DESCRIPTION:The counting of quarter-BPS dyons in N=4 supersymmetric string
  theories\nhas provided a surprising connections to the sporadic finite si
 mple group\,\nthe Mathieu group M24. This is referred to as  `Mathieu moon
 shine'. In\nthis talk\, I will provide evidence for the existence of an M2
 4-module with\nfairly simple building blocks. We will see that it implies 
 product\nformulae for the Siegel modular forms that are generating functio
 ns of\n`twisted' quarter BPS. We will also discuss with connections with o
