SUMMARY:Throats with Faster Holographic Phase Transitions

DESCRIPTION:We study the dynamics of the finite-temperature phase transiti
 on for warped Randall-Sundrum-like throat\nmodels related to the Klebanov-
 Tseytlin solution. We find that the transition successfully completes over
  a \nwider parameter range than for Goldberger-Wise stabilized RS models\,
  and the throat has a reliable \ngravitational description even when the n
 umber of infrared degrees of freedom is small.  We also comment \non aspec
 ts of the thermal phase transition in models where electroweak or GUT gaug
 e symmetry breaking is \nachieved via boundary conditions.\n\nhttp://indic
