 \nComplete the registration form to register for the Conference\, conferen
 ce diner\, accomodation \nand CERN visit : Registration form. \n\nRegistra
 tion will take place at the main reception in Building 33 on Monday\, July
  3rd from \n8:00 am until 9:00 am.  \n\nFor people arriving at CERN on the
  weekend or outside office hours\n(after 18:00) on Friday\, the registrati
 on is handled by the guards at\nthe main entrance (entrance B).\n\n\nNETWO
 RK \nPRIOR your arrival at CERN\, participants are strongly encouraged to 
 request to allow access to \nthe CERN network. Registration of portables i
 s mandatory.Complete the network connection request form. \nONLY registere
 d computers will get network access : step-by-step instructions.\n \nWirel
 ess network is available in most conference rooms\, in the Library and als
 o in the hostel \n(building 39 only).\nEuropean-Swiss adaptors are needed

 asked to take the necessary steps to obtain the papers \nrequired for Swit
 zerland and/or France\, make your passport and visa application at the Swi
 ss and/or \nFrench consulate corresponding to your usual place of residenc

 ants are required to arrange their own accomodation. To offer further help

 ception is located in building 38-39 and is open between Monday and Friday
  from 7:30 am \nuntil 7:30 pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9:00 am until 1:00

  \nA CERN Visit will be organized on Thursday\, July 6th\, 2006 from 9am u
 ntil \napproximately 12am. The programme includes a conference introductio
 n for about 30 minutes\, \nthe projection of a short film for about 20 min
 utes and a CERN visit for about two hours. \nDo not forget to carry your p
 assport with you\, and your visa if need be\, because the visit \nitinerai
 ries can be either in France or in Switzerland. Photographs and video came
 ras are allowed. \nAs the limited number of places is 100 and the visit is
  free of charge\, places will be allocated on \na first come basis. If you
  are interested\, please select the CERN visit in the registration form.\n
 \nThe conference dinner will take place in the CERN restaurant in building
  500\non Tuesday\, July 4th\, 2006 from 8.30pm until 11pm. If you are inte
 rested\, please select the \nconference dinner in the registration form.  
   \n\n\nON-SITE INFORMATION \nCERN map|CERN buildings\n\nBreakfast\, lunch
  and dinner : a self-service restaurant is located in Building 500 and is 
 open between Monday \nand Friday from 7:00 am until 01:00 pm and between S
 aturday and Sunday from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm. \nThe price range for a me
 al (starter+menu+dessert+drink) is between 15 and 17 CHF per person. The \
 nrestaurant accepts Euros in notes only.  \n\nPost Office Meyrin is locate
 d in Building 63 and is open from 8:30 to 13:00 and 13:45 to 16:30.\n\n\nU
 BS Bank Office is located in Building 500 and open between Monday \nand Fr
 iday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. Swiss Franc and Euro cash dispensers with
