DESCRIPTION:LIBER\, CERN\, SPARC and SPARC Europe\, OSI\, and the OAi are 
 pleased to announce the dates and agenda for the 4th OAi workshop.\n\nThis
  will be the latest installment in this highly successful series that bega
 n in 2001. The workshop is a forum that is more for activists rather than 
 theorists or administrators. It brings together people who are at the fore
 front of scholarly communication change.\nThe workshop is intended as a fo
 rum for technological issues associated with scholarly communication and w
 ill take place every second year in alternation with the Nordic Conference
  on Scholarly Communication\n.\nThe workshop is sponsored by OSI\, SPARC a
 nd SPARC Europe\, JISC\, SHERPA and Ex Libris.\n\nThe web cast videos are 
 not yet split but will become available at the end of each break in the ag
 enda (eg coffee break\, lunch break). See the first presentation after eac
