Initial meeting as preparation of the kick-off

Dear all, 
Please see the actions from the meeting today and draft agenda for the kick-off meeting:

Actions:
- Jean-Marie: Distribute SiPM workshop agenda http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=117424 (DONE as you can see) and 
  Distribute a technical student description that would be in agreement with the work foreseen in WP4 
- Jean-Marie and Steinar (or anyone else with ideas): Identify to summary writers for a report from the SiPM workshop 
- All: Thinks how one can, with the use of national resources and WP4, can identify technical students or similar that can take on the work of  preparing, arranging and summarizing workshops of the type above for various topics 
- Evangelos and George: Make proposal for Gas-Detectors/MSGPs and Optolinks following the example of the SiPM workshop
- All: Consider other topics, for example silicon detectors
