The annual event of CERN openlab, where the partners come together to review the results of the past year and decide on the programme of the coming year. As the third phase of openlab ends in 2011, discussions on openlab IV (2012-2014) will be a major part of the meeting. A draft timetable is available. More information will follow in due time. Registration will open end of March.

 Logistics

The workshop will take place in the main building of CERN, building 60, 6th floor, room 15.

Information on how to reach CERN can be found at the following "web page". Please note that visitors will need a badge to get onto the CERN campus. (Please remember to tick the visitor's card box when registering for the BoS).

If you need to book accomodation for your stay, there are various options. One option is to stay at the CERN hostel which offers very basic rooms with shower and WC on the CERN campus. Please make sure you book early, as these rooms are often fully booked.

A list of hotels offering preferential rates to CERN in neighbouring France and around Geneva can be found here. Please note that hotels on the French side of the boarder are easiest reached by car as public transport is scarce.

To obtain a wireless access, you need to register your laptop. Please go to the IT department website. The contact person should be Kristina Gunne (IT-DI).

At your arrival at CERN, you`ll find a visitor pass waiting for you at the reception, building 33.
