Description Using  only very well established experimental information such as S(Bd->psi Ks), DeltaM_Bq, epsilon_K, Br(B->tau nu) etc and well established input from the lattice such as B_K, Xi_s, f_Bq ..; we show that the "predicted" value of sin2
beta is bigger than the directly measured value by over 3-sigma. Through a series of critical analysis, we further isolate the dominant source of new physics to be in B-mixings and/or in B->psi Ks decay and the dominant source is NOT in
B-> tau nu or in  epsilon_K. This has the important implication that a model independent operator analysis then leads to the conclusion that scale of relevant new physics, possessing a new CP-odd phase, has to be below about 2 TeV  and possibly even a few hundred GeV. Implications for two specific BSM scenarios for LHC as well as for high intensity experiments will be discussed.
