    The summary is:
    1. Change of references from SFT to SAM
    2. Info about Removing resources (not sites)
    3. Between 2nd and 3rd escalation step if the site responds but the problem still persists the COD suggest to site to go to downtime.
    4. Ticket should not expire during weekends and CODs do not have responsibilities during weekends.
    5. Security issues are not responsibilities for COD.
    6. Certificate validity test.
    7. Tickets should be reopened only if they are about the same problem.
    8. SAM alarm generation procedures.
