Description
The day includes introduction to the Grid Computing and e-science, the EU-funded EGEE (Enabling Grids for E-sciencE) project and associated Bulgarian Grid initiatives. This is intended to interest researchers, lecturers and system managers who would like to understand more about these developments.
After the introduction the event continues with basic practical exercises of using a Grid with the EGEE middleware. This is suited to potential users.
The language used will be English and Bulgarian.
