You might have heard of, or is already working with the Knowledge Base in ServiceNow. This tutorial will explain in detail how it works and why we need a coherent process for Publishing, Managing, Reviewing and Archiving articles in a controlled manner. It is mainly targeted for people who actively are, or will participate in the creation and review of articles for end-users and supporters.
