Mandate:
As announced previously, the 4^th Splice Review will be held at CERN on 22-24 July 2013. The purpose of the Review is to take stock of the quality of the consolidation activities of the 13 kA splices in the LHC, to analyse the trends, and to consider any changes in the procedures that may be required following the consolidation of Sector 5-6.
