NA4 Face-to-Face Steering Committee Meeting

The NA4 Face-to-Face meeting will be held at the Université Paris VI (Jussieu) in Paris' 5th arrondisement. One can find directions to the building here. The room is:

The two major items for the agenda are:

1. discussion of EC review of EGEE-II and
2. planning the transition between EGEE-II and EGEE-III.

Accommodation: As the meeting will be in Paris, staying downtown is recommended. Some suggestions for hotels can be found on the LAL website; see particularly the section "Hôtels dans le 5ème Arrondissement".

Travel: The meeting is a one day meeting, split over two days. This should allow most people to travel the morning of the first day and leave the afternoon of the second day. Please keep in mind that traveling to downtown Paris takes about 1-1.5 hours from the airports, so that you don't arrive late or need to leave early.
