3. Direct routing of normal GGUS tickets to all sites as decided in USAG @ EGEE'08. Details in: savannah support #105819.
4. Consequences of GGUS decentralisation:
   • which is the new TPM role? (influences the draft Operational Level Agreement (OLA) document.
   • what will happen when Sites will be behind their National Grid Initiatives (NGIs) in 2010 (start of EGI era).
   • what scaling problems can we expect with, possibly, expanding local ticketing systems? Some part of the ticket diary may continue in email or not get back fed into GGUS.
   • discussion on continuous user support assessment as required by final EGEEIII-MSA-1.6-v.1.4
