      Welcome to the meeting from NA2 manager, Catherine Gater and Deputy Manager, Sy Holsinger. Brief update on the EAC recommendations, Year 2 changes to the DoW and EC First Year review plans.
    • 09:50 - 11:00 Transition to EGI 
      Discussion of the plans for NGIs and SSCs in the regional areas. Presentation of the plans for a New Users SSC.
    • 11:00 - 11:15 Coffee
    • 11:15 - 12:00 EGEE'09 
      Overview of the NA2 sessions planned for EGEE'09. Ideas for dissemination for EGEE's final conference, media plans and outreach to businesses. How to work with the planned NGI Village.
    • 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch ( Restaurant 2 )
    • 13:00 - 14:00 Tour of CMS Experiment (Prevessin)

    • 14:00 - 15:45 Plans for Year 2 
      Discussion of ideas for Year 2 dissemination and how to make the most of resources. Sharing what has worked from the previous year and gathering a concrete action plan for the second year, transitioning into EGI.

    • 16:00 - 17:00 Workshop: Videoing and video editing with GridCast 
      Workshop on video-ing demos and interviews for blogs and podcasts, led by colleagues from the GridCast team (http://www.gridcast.org). GridCast will also give hints and tips on how to present your project on camera.
