Membership (15')     
the PEB membership includes one representative of each LHC experiment,
area project managers (initially proposed as Applications; Computer Systems; Grid
Technology; Data Challenges, Regional Centres and Grid Operations), the project
manager, project technology officer, resource manager, and PEB administrator.It also
may include representatives of significant external resources working with the project -
subject to endorsement by the POB. We should discuss who these people may be.

based on the Goal Directed Project Management (GDPM) system. You will receive in the
mail a book describing this approach.
