The INtegrated DIgital COnferencing EU project has finished building a complete software solution to facilitate the MANAGEMENT OF CONFERENCES, workshops, schools or simple meetings from their announcement to their archival.

InDiCo Headlines:

  • create and maintain your conference web site, be it a single talk or a whole workshop
  • schedule sessions and contributions
  • attach material to conferences and contributions, be it text or multimedia content
  • make categories to organise conferences according to a hierarchy
  • review papers on the web and email notifications to track coordinators
  • protect items based on user authentication
  • delegate responsibilities to others according to roles
  • archive your conference to specialised repository services

==> InDiCo will become the next version of CERN CDS Agenda (http://agenda.cern.ch)
==> InDiCo is already used by CHEP 2004 conference
