The \"International Spring School on the Digital Library and E-publishing for Science and Technology\" is aimed at providing knowledge support to academic libraries, research libraries, and publishers in science and technology, to help them in the current transitional phase and to identify new roles and opportunities for them. The Spring School is organised by Ticer in cooperation with the CERN Scientific Information Service in Switzerland, the Los Alamos National Laboratory Research Library in the United States, and Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
