LHCC upgrade session

Description
 The aims of this second meeting are two-fold:

1) to begin discussion of the special challenges and opportunities that present themselves to the ALICE
and LHCb experiments as they plan for a physics programme that would extend beyond the mid-2010's;

2) to examine in more detail than last time the "Phase I" upgrade plans of ATLAS and CMS.

N.B. ten minutes of discussion time has been explicitly scheduled after each talk.
