DESCRIPTION:Speakers: HAUPT\, Andreas (DESY)\, KEMP\, Yves (DESY)\nIn the 
 framework of a broad collaboration among German particle physicists - the 
 strategic Helmholtz Alliance "Physics a the TeraScale"\, an Analysis facil
 ity has been set up at DESY.The facility is intended to provide the best p
 ossible analysis infrastructure for researches of the ATLAS\, CMS\, LHCb a
 nd ILC experiments and also for theory researchers.\n\nIn a first part of 
 the contribution\, we will present the concept of the NAF and its place in
  the existing distributed Grid landscape of the experiments.\n\nIn a secon
 d part\, the building blocks of the NAF will be detailed with an emphasis 
 on technical implementations of some parts:\n- Usage of VOMS for separatin
 g Grid resources between collaboration-wide and NAF-specific resources\n- 
 interactive and batch cluster and integration with PROOF\n- usage of Grid-
 Proxies to access workgroup servers and AFS\n- the usage and operation of 
 Lustre for fast data access.\nA special focus is the seamless integration 
 of the facility into the two geographically separated DESY sites and its i
 mplications.\n\nIn a third part\, the experience of running the facility f
