:: Build and grow your start-up idea at CERN! ::

The CERN Entrepreneurship Student Programme (CESP) is back for its fourth run to train the next generation of technical students to become more entrepreneurial. The five-week programme is a great opportunity for Master-level students to develop their entrepreneurial skills through lectures and sessions with external mentors, technical experts from CERN (based on availability) and the supporters of CERN entrepreneurship program. Selected students from all across the world will have the opportunity to spend these five weeks learning the venture creation process, with guidance from tech and business experts.

For this year’s virtual edition, we are looking for Master-level students working on interesting problems. Submit a proposal on why the problem is important, for whom is it a problem and why you are the right team/person to solve this. The CESP project team will connect you to experts at CERN and mentors in our network. Moreover, CESP will bring you in contact with accelerators, seed and venture funds to help you navigate your start-up journey after completion of the CESP program.

CESP, managed by the CERN Knowledge Transfer group will be accepting applications throughout June until 1 July 2021. The programme itself will be held from 26 July to 27 August. More details about the application procedure, logistics and information on what you can expect from the programme, can be found on the CESP page.

CESP is enabled by the CERN & Society Foundation and this year's edition is made possible by the Arconic Foundation.
