MICE Collaboration Meeting 28 will be held at the Bankya Palace Spa Hotel.
Special rates have been negotiated for the participants of the Collaboration Meeting:
single room - 65 BGN (~33EU);
double room - 80 BGN (~41EU).
The hotel accepts credit (VISA, MasterCard) and debit (Maestro) cards.
Rates include breakfast, insurance fee, resort tax and VAT. Registered hotel guest can make use of secured parking place and fitness-centre (for free) and 15% price reduction for SPA and Wellness procedures .
We offer also a possibility to have lunch (starter, main dish, dessert, 0.5 l non-alcoholic beverage) in the hotel restaurant during the meeting days for a discounted price of 25 BGN (~13 EUR). Just check off the respective box in the registration form. You may change your mind during the meeting and cancel/book up lunches with a notice on the previous day.
