Please notice: applying to the Institute did NOT guarantee acceptance. While we encouraged any interested colleague to apply, we could not guarantee automatic admission because of space constraints: the admitted participants were informed by the end of March 2011. Applications for registrations were managed using the INDICO system at CERN. In order to submit an application, one had to click on the 'Application Form' link on the left of this page. The 'CERN Authentication' page appeared on the screen. If one already had an INDICO account at CERN (e.g. from past conferences), one just had to log in with one's Username or Email Address and Password. If one did not have an INDICO account at CERN, one needed to create one: clicking on the link 'Create/Check your account' on the 'CERN Authentication' page, one had to read and follow the instructions about 'Lightweight Accounts' and then 'Register an account'. Then one had to come back to this conference pag and log in with the new account. If one did not remember whether he/she has an INDICO at CERN account or not, one could use the feature 'Need password help?' on the 'CERN Authentication' page. Applicants were allowed to come back and modify their data until the 'Registration Deadline'.
