Information for Speakers

Equipment

Each plenary and parallel room will be equipped with the following:
  • LCD projector
  • Microphone
  • Laser pointer
  • Laptop computer

If an overhead projector for transparencies is needed, please email to symposium (AT) pheno.wisc.edu.
 

Parallel Talk Preparation

Please prepare your talk in either .pdf or .ppt format.
We provide computers in all rooms. It will not be possible to use your own laptop.

Please upload your slides on the indico system as soon as possible and at latest one hour before session start.
To upload your slides, log in via your CERN indico account and click on 'Add Material':

If you are logged in already, you can access your contribution directly via the link My Talk.

We recommend that you also bring your talk on a USB flash drive to your session.
