This workshop will have a strong WLCG operations focus. Topics include:
  • Service operations, e.g. data management & storage services, databases, analysis services;
  • Operations procedures and tools - reporting of problems, escalation, "Service Incident Reports", suspension of sites in case of major and/or prolonged problems (response targets etc.)
  • Downtime handling: scheduled, unscheduled, at risk etc.
  • Support issues: use of team and alarm tickets, targets for response to incidents, ...
  • Monitoring: VO-views, site views, aligning official availability with VO tests and production results, ...
