STARS2013 will be held in the TRYP Habana Libre Hotel, located in 23 y L, Vedado, La Habana.

SMFNS2013 will be held in the Allegro Varadero Hotel, located in Playa de Varadero, km 11, Matanzas.
 

Important information:

The conference accommodation (including the Airport/Hotel/Airport and Havana/Varadero/Havana transportation) is organized by Gaviota Tours S.A., the official travel agency of the events:

Participants must make their own hotel room's reservation directly with Ms. Zahily Delgado González. Please send an e-mail message to Ms. Delgado (comercial1.te@gaviotatours.cu) informing the period in which you intend to stay in Cuba, if you want to stay in single or double room, and if you plan to travel with a companion or not. If you want to stay for a longer period in Cuba and visit other places, please tell Ms. Delgado. She will then organize the extension of your stay in Cuba.

Payment must be done upon arrival to the hotel. Visa and MasterCard credit cards not issued by US banks are accepted (subject to a 3% tax). You may also pay in cash (only in CUC).
