To fully exploit potential signatures from new physics at high energy colliders novel reconstruction techniques are required to handle highly boosted objects (e.g. top quarks, lepton jets, W and Z gauge bosons and the Higgs boson). BOOST2012 will bring together theorists and experimentalists to improve the theory and tools. We are looking forward to seeing the first results of “boosted” analyses at the LHC.
