Lunch and Banquet Information
LUNCH:
Lunch will be served in the Restaurant “Tsukuba DEMI” at the 1st floor just under the meeting room on the 3rd floor, but you’ll have to go out the building. Lunch tickets will be provided at the registration desk during the registration for people requested lunch earlier, the ticket will be collected during the lunch.
BANQUET:
The banquet will take place at Okura Frontier Hotel (main-building) room “Subaru-East” as indicated in the following map (on guide book, page.7) on 5/Mar Wednesday evening 19:30 - 21:30. There will a shuttle bus service at ~18:30 from the meeting place “Daigaku-kaikan” as indicated in page.14 to the Okura Frontier Hotel (main-building), two shuttle buses are used, one comes back for the 2nd trip. After the banquet, one shuttle goes back to “Daigaku-kaikan” for people staying there or going back to the University, another shuttle goes to Okura Frontier Hotel (Epochal). Both Daiwa Roynet Hotel and Okura Frontier Hotel (Epochal) are walking distance from the banquet place at Okura Frontier Hotel (main-building) as you see in the map (guide book on page.7). Foods plus some initial drinks are included, however there will be additional drink bar during the banquet, so please bring some cash in Japanese yen, if you would like to drink more.
