HEPTech is a network of high energy physics technology transfer offices that brings together leading European high energy physics research institutions. We would like to invite you to attend the HEPTech Workshop on Marketing of Science and Technology organised at Sofia University on the 20th of May 2014.
This Workshop has the purpose of fostering the exchange of experience and sharing of best practice on Marketing of Technology and Science in High Energy Physics. This subject is of vital importance to technology transfer and how HEP can engage with industry and other partners in order to impact society with the output of basic research.
We invite you to join us in exploring the challenges of High Energy Physics regarding Marketing when comparing it to other more Applied Science, showcasing the different aspects of Marketing of Technology versus Marketing of Science and brainstorming on how to use Networks like HEPTech as a tool to increase the effectiveness of the Marketing efforts of institutions engaged in HEP research.
