Description
I will describe how the QCD axion can be discovered in two distinct neighborhoods of its parameter space. Advanced LIGO and black hole super radiance probe decay constants above 10^16 GeV in the next few years. A bit further in the future, new experiments that combine techniques used in short distance tests of gravity and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance will probe the traditional axion window.
