Florian:

o Welcome to the weekly meetings!

o FairROOT: all tests working with root6

o Simulation of 100 events in CBM: runtime is comparable, memory consumption (very preliminary) 340 650 MB RSS

Bill:

o Not worked on ROOT6

o Thread safety issues, for example in TEnum. Chris working on it.

Marco:

o Nothing special to report

Marcin & David:

o Every release is ROOT6 even if the official production release is ROOT5

o Atlas new developments are ROOT6 based

o The release for early data taking will be ROOT5

o Atlas is rather fully committed to switch to ROOT6 in September, it will be used for the reprocessing of the data for the conferences
