The oPAC consortium is organizing a 3-day International Conference on Accelerator Optimization in Seville, Spain from 7th to 9th October 2015. The conference will be hosted by oPAC partner University of Seville/Centro Nacional de Aceleradores (CNA).

This International Conference will be an ideal place to present and discuss research advances in beam dynamics, accelerator diagnostics and advanced simulation tools. It will feature talks about the research outcomes from oPAC by fellows and research leaders from across the world. It will also present the opportunity for 15-minute long contributed talks and posters and to discuss future R&D activities in this multi-disciplinary field. Following a peer-review process selected proceedings will be published in a special edition of Physical Review STAB.

7th September 2015 - Registration & payment.
30th September 2015 - Paper submission.

oPAC has received funding from the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development and demonstration under grant agreement no 289485.

The registration fee of 600 € includes hotel accommodation with breakfast (3 nights, from Tuesday to Friday), conference documentation, 3 lunches during the conference, a cocktail reception, the conference tour and formal dinner on Thursday, as well as daily transport from the hotel to CNA. For participants not requiring accommodation the fee is 150 €.

Places will be strictly limited and early registration is strongly recommended.

Deadline for paper submission is 30th September 2015.

A limited number of scholarships will be available for researchers from outside the oPAC network. In order to apply, please return the scholarship application form by email or fax to the address indicated in the form by 31st July 2015.
