I would like to propose a link from the OAI Workshop page to the ISLE Metadata Initiative, http://www.mpi.nl/ISLE/ including maybe an explanation such as: "improving the
accessibility/availability of language resources". 
There is an ISLE metadata workshop next week where we will discuss the OAI, so I believe I will be able to express the ISLE point of view at the CERN workshop.
