The conference center is located at the seaside resort Rostock-Warnemünde (Germany) in the close vicinity of the Baltic sea. The conference venue is in walking distance (approximately 1.4 km) from the train station Warnemünde.
Arrival by car:
Take highway A 20 till exit 14-Rostock-West and merge onto B 103 in the direction of Rostock Warnemünde/Rostock-Zentrum/Fähre. After 18.4 km turn left into Friedrich-Barnewitz-Straße. You reach the destination after 400 m.
Arrival by train:
Please visit the web page of Deutsche Bahn for train connections within Europe. After reaching the final destination Warnemünde via train, cross the Am Bahnhof Street, walk in the direction of west and cross the Alter Strom channel. Continue on Kirchenstraße till you reach the church, which is located at Kirchplatz. After passing Kirchplatz continue west on Mühlenstraße. After 350 m turn left onto Richard-Wagner-Straße. After 300 m turn right onto Richard-Wagner-Straße. After 83 m Richard-Wagner-Straße becomes Wiesenweg. After 16 m turn left onto Friedrich-Barnewitz-Straße. After a few meters turn right right. Turn left at the following fork in the road. Proceed straight ahead to the Institute of Communications Engineering. Turn right in front of the institute and after a few meters the entrance to the Technologiepark Warnemünde is visible on the left.
Arrival by plane:
The following three airports are suitable for reaching the conference venue and the hotels:
- Berlin Airport (additional 3.5 h via train to venue),
- Hamburg Airport (additional 3 h via train to venue),
- Rostock-Laage Airport (additional 45 min via taxi or rental car to venue or bus shuttle to Rostock main station).
