The workshop provides the opportunity to companies ready to sponsor the event by 1000 CHF to be present with a poster panel . This base contribution also reserves the right for up to 2 persons to attend the workshop (the registration fee is not included). Poster panels will be placed at prominent places in areas where coffee breaks will be held.
For companies that are ready to offer an additional contribution of 800 CHF or more, there is an opportunity to sponsor concrete events like lunch or coffee breaks. The company name will be listed as a special sponsor on the website and a special recognition will be displayed at the sponsored event (company logos at coffee tables, or on lunch tickets etc.).
Proposed sponsoring events:
- Coffee break: 800 CHF per break
- Lunch break: 2200 CHF per break
- Welcome reception: 3200 CHF
- Workshop dinner aperitif: 4550 CHF
As the number of events is limited, CERN reserves the right to distribute the sponsoring offers on the workshop events at its own discretion. Attention will be paid to the wishes of the sponsors. The final sponsoring choice will be set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.
