In order to maximize our efficiency and increase the quality of service we are trying to provide, we would like to bring your attention to the following points:
Hostel reception building 39 is open as follows :
- Monday to Friday from 7.30 till 19.30 and Saturday & Sunday from 9.00 till 13.00.
- Outside those times, room keys can be obtained from the security guard in building 120 entrance B.
Reservations which have been guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card, will be charged for 1 night in case of a no show.
Reservations which have not been guaranteed for late arrival will be cancelled after 5.00pm on the day of arrival.
Any modification or cancellations concerning reservations must be sent in writing at least 24 hours in advance, including week-ends.
Due to the high level of modifications received , we are not able to guarantee in which building - 38 or 39 - your room will be located. This will only be determined on the day of arrival by Reception.
Please comply with the check-out time of 12 noon as delays in returning keys may result in additional charges.
Children under 18 years of age are not authorized to stay in the CERN hostels.
